Tariq Williams is described as 25, 5 feet 7 inches, 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen on Lake Harbin Road in Rex, driving a silver Volkswagen sedan with Georgia plate DCA8894.
Roma is described as a black male with brown eyes and curly black hair.
The child is believed to be in extreme danger.
