Halsey and Avan Jogia’s Naked Halloween Costumes Include Nothing but Blood

There’s Halloween, and then there’s celebrity Halloween. Because celebrities certainly know how to go all out with their costumes. This year, there have been a few memorable looks: Meghan Markle matched with her kids as three different insects. Lily Allen dressed up as Madeline (IYKYK). Kim Kardashian was a hot pink Care Bear. And Heidi Klum, queen of Halloween, out did herself as a terrifying serpentine Medusa monster. But the most striking costume award might have to go to Halsey and her fiancé Avan Jogia.

In a new Instagram post, Halsey and Jogia posed fully nude in bed with nothing but fake blood (and their own bodies) covering them. It’s unclear exactly what they were dressed as—cannibals in love? Maybe it’s a nod to Luca Guadagnino’s film Bones and All. “big night out🩸,” the singer wrote simply.

Although Klum may be the queen of the holiday, Halsey is a close second. Over the years, she’s rocked a number of killer costumes, including Harley Quinn, Eleven from Stranger Things, Princess Leia, Megan Fox in Jennifer’s Body, and Poison Ivy, to name but a few.

“I am very obviously a Halloween kind of girl,” she said on 102.7KIISFM in 2018. “I became a musician partially so i could dress up all the time. Halloween is definitely my favorite holiday.”

She went on to discuss the Halloween party she throws every year to raise money for My Friend’s Place, a charity that supports homeless youth in Los Angeles. “The only entry that I ask for is a donation… it’s grown into this massive party,” she said.

Halsey and Jogia, an actor you may know from Victorious, have been dating since 2023 and they announced their engagement last September.

“Happy birthday to the loml. @jogia I have better pictures but I want to keep them for myself. I’d do the same with your entire being, if I could,” she wrote in an Instagram birthday tribute earlier this year. “Light up our lives for 67 more years to come. Super star boy fire of my life world in my eyes.”
