Together, they perform Luke Bryan’s “Drink a Beer,” a ballad long associated with loss and remembrance. Their acoustic version, stripped of studio production, carries an intimacy that’s touching fans.

The song “Drink a Beer” was written by Jim Beavers and Chris Stapleton, and became a No. 1 hit for Luke Bryan and a staple at country concerts because of its honest portrayal of grief. For fans watching Jason and Brittany, the lyrics carried additional weight, turning the tribute into something raw and heartfelt.
