That was an incredible comeback from Kansas City. The defense just completely shut the Colts out in the second half. Indy had a 20-9 lead in the fourth quarter. Mahomes is pumped up in his post-game interview, it appears this victory means a lot to the pass master.
Elsewhere the performance of the day is a no-brainer. Jahmyr Gibbs was a one-man wrecking ball. All Detroit have to do is put the ball in his hands and he does the rest. Three touchdowns and 264 total yards that broke the Giants’ back.

They inch closer with another short run on 1st down. The game-winner getting ever easier for Harrison Butker. The Colts then ice the kicker who was lining up the boot.
Butker nails the 27-yard kick to keep the Chiefs in the playoff mix. They snap a two-game losing streak.

They move the sticks with a short run but in an instant they are back at 3rd down with seven yards to go now. Indy playing very stiff defense. On the next play Mahomes drops back and slings it 30 yards to the speedster Xavier Worthy. KC in field goal territory now.

JAHMYR GIBBS!!!! The running back completes his hat-trick in overtime. That is 264 yards from scrimmage to boot. A 69-yard touchdown is just unreal. What a comeback from the Lions, they trailed 27-17 at the top of the fourth quarter.

Solid win for Seattle with the scoreline flattering Tennessee somewhat. Still Cam Ward showed some real talent. He finished 28/42 for 256 yard with one touchdown and no picks.

As I take my eye off the Colts, Kansas City are on the goal line. Lead change may be on the way after Indy have had it for what feels like the whole game. Ah that is because they have led for the entire game.

On 4th and 3 Mahomes drops back and just finds Rashee Rice’s fingertips. He goes up and makes a crucial catch for a 19-yard gain to move the chains. Only two minutes remain.

Chiefs are up past midfield after Rashee Rice turns a short pass into a 47-yard gain up the sideline. They are on 3rd and 8 at Indy’s 48. Mahomes throws it short of the sticks and Noah Gray holds on. Unfortunately he takes a huge blow to the head from hitting the turf. 4th down on the way.
