With the game set to kick off in over an hour, manager Xabi Alonso has announced the Real Madrid starting lineup that will take the field against Jagoba Arrasate’s men.
There are two major changes made to the team that started against Oviedo as superstar forward Vinicius Jr. returns after an impressive cameo last weekend. He replaces Rodrygo in attack, with Kylian Mbappe and Franco Mastantuono retaining their spots.
Meanwhile, the second change comes in defence where Trent Alexander-Arnold gets the nod at right-back ahead of captain Dani Carvajal, who started and impressed in the previous match.
The rest of the backline remains untouched as Alvaro Carreras continues at left-back, while Eder Militao and Dean Huijsen feature as the two centre-backs in front of Thibaut Courtois.

Aurelien Tchouameni, Federico Valverde, and Arda Guler are the three chosen starting midfielders.
