Simone Biles Admits She’s Had 3 Plastic Surgeries and Urges Her Followers to ‘Guess’ What They Are

Simone Biles continues to be transparent with her followers.

The seven-time Olympic gold medalist, 28, recently revealed that she underwent three plastic surgeries when sharing “fun facts” about herself in a TikTok video posted on Wednesday, Oct. 29.

“I’ve had three plastic surgeries and two of them you would never be able to tell,” she shared in the clip without sharing any other context.

Then, Biles urged her followers to try and figure it out.

“Guess,” she added in the video before rattling off more little-known tidbits about her life.

One TikTok user shared her thoughts in the comment section.

“Boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening? I’m literally guessing bc i can’t tell lol,” the person wrote.

Biles replied to the user’s comment to reveal which surgeries she had done and explained her reasoning for going under the knife for two of them.

“🍒, lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger,” wrote the gymnastics star.

While she played coy about a boob job, simply adding the cherries emoji, she was transparent about her lower blepharoplasty (a procedure that lessens bagginess from the lower eyelids and eliminates excess skin from your upper eyelids, per the Cleveland Clinic) and earlobe surgery.

This wasn’t the first time Biles dropped the cherries emoji to hint at a possible breast augmentation, recently using them alongside text that read, “new,” on a video of herself flipping for the first time in one year that she shared on her Instagram Stories on Oct. 15.

“First flip – in a year – at the new home – with new 🍒” she simply wrote over the post, formatted in a bulleted list.

Although she didn’t share many details in her caption, Biles narrated the video as she performed several backflips on a massive trampoline she had embedded within the grass adjacent to a lake in her home’s backyard.

“So I actually haven’t flipped in a year,” she said as she bounced on the trampoline. “And we’re at our new house, so here we go,” she added before launching herself into an effortless backflip.

The star athlete, who’s married to football safety Jonathan Owens of the Chicago Bears, screamed in excitement after completing the stunt successfully, continuing to bounce before tucking into another.

“Okay, I’ll do one more!” she said as she jumped into a back pike with her legs straight out.

At the time, Biles had yet to explicitly speak on the topic of undergoing any kind of surgeries or breast augmentation.
