YouTube TV subscribers may once again have to find a different way to tune into “Dancing with the Stars” this week.

The live-television platform is in a contract dispute with Disney, the parent company of ABC, which airs “Dancing with the Stars.”

As a result, all Disney-owned channels, including ABC, have been unavailable to watch on YouTube TV since Oct. 30.

Because the YouTube TV and Disney contract issue began in late October, it did not impact “Dancing with the Stars” until the Nov. 4 episode.

While many YouTube TV subscribers said they tuned into the show on Disney+ instead, some reported issues with the platform during the stream.

Here’s what “Dancing with the Stars” fans who subscribe to YouTube TV need to know.

Why isn’t ‘Dancing with the Stars’ on YouTube TV?

All ABC shows, including “Dancing with the Stars,” have been pulled from YouTube TV amid its ongoing contract dispute with Disney. Until it gets resolved, viewers will have to tune in elsewhere.

On Nov. 7, Disney executives shared a note with employees saying that it had made concessions in the negotiations, including offering YouTube TV a deal “that would cost less overall than the terms of our recently expired license.”

YouTube TV, which is owned by Google, accused Disney of proposing “costly economic terms that would raise prices on YouTube TV customers and give our customers fewer choices.”

On Nov. 9, YouTube TV issued $20 credits for subscribers because of the disruption.
