Weather Conversation:

Dry skies on Saturday will transition to unsettled conditions beginning late Saturday night and through the holiday weekend.

We’re tracking a Nor’easter Sunday. Plan on periods of showers Sunday with winds gusting 30 – 35 mph at times. The heaviest rain will stay south and east of town and it will not rain all day on Sunday. Rainfall totals will likely be lighter than originally anticipated as the track of the coastal storm has shifted some. Overall, rainfall totals will range from 0.25″ – 0.50″ for most of us. Higher totals are possible well south and east of town. Having said that, we will maintain the Weather Impact Alert for Sunday due to outdoor plans being impacted, along with wet roads and gusty winds at times. Showers will move out by Monday night. Conditions for the Commanders game Monday night look mostly dry and chilly with temps in the 50s.
