The award-winning “Choosin’ Texas” star, 27, said she’ll “never get over this song,” as she covered “You’re Still the One,” which appeared on Twain’s historic third studio album, Come On Over. Twain released the record in November 1997 with some of the most iconic hits of her career. The project included “You’re Still the One,” plus the title track, “That Don’t Impress Me Much,” “Honey, I’m Home,” “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” and more. On her Instagram story, Twain reacted to Langley’s cover: “So flattered – What a talent ❤️.”

Twain, who recently announced her upcoming studio album, shared last month that she was looking forward to meeting Langley at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Twain made her hosting debut at the show, where Langley scored several awards. Twain told TODAY’s Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones ahead of the ACMs, “when I first heard her song come out, I thought, ‘wow, this is the real thing.’ And I’ve realized how much I’ve been missing hearing that authenticity, musically, the production-wise, her voice, her lyrics. So, I’m very excited to meet her. I want to know more about where this style came from. Obviously, it must’ve been rooted in something from her childhood, which is really, really great. So I’m excited to meet her and to cheer all of these wonderful artists on.”
